INDIVIDUAL: 90 minutes

We will review your leadership challenge and the Leaderwork Model of Shared Leadership. Explain key safety elements. Then with the horses we will demonstrate how to greet a horse, set boundaries & connect. Then we will engage in a relevant activity with the horse.

Core EQ leadership workshop with Skye horse and two participants

TEAM: 5 Hours

As with the individual session we will review the team's leadership challenges. Then cover safety around horses with a group of people. The team based activity using the Leaderwork Model will be in 2 parts. We will then debrief to identify how the activity revealed impactful insights into your leadership challenge
